Vet paperwork, pet photo, & DNA swabbing required per pet

Dogs are restricted by the following breeds:

Pit-bull, Terrier/Staffordshire Terriers, Doberman, Chow, Rottweiler, Akita, Presa Canarios, Alaskan Malamutes and Wolf-Hybrids

Denver Residential Rental License # 2022-BFN-0022113 Applicant has the right to provide Decatur Point with a Portable Tenant Screening Report (PTSR) that is not more than 30 days old, as defined in § 38-12-902(2.5), Colorado Revised Statutes; and 2) if Applicant provides Decatur Point with a PTSR, Decatur Point is prohibited from: a) charging Applicant a rental application fee; or b) charging Applicant a fee for Decatur Point to access or use the PTSR.
